The plant of Aloe Vera is well know and it is one of the most grown plant. As we know, the gel inside the leafs has different properties. It is used in the cosmetic industry due to the many benefits for both our skin and our organism. It is used as a topical treatment for irritated skin, either by sunburns or by any other external damage.

The gel inside the plant helps to relieve the itch caused by burn and also it is effective for wound cares because of its shooting, antibacterial and regenerative properties.

Sun is necessary in our life because take part in the synthesis of vitamin D (needed for strengthening of bones,) and also helps to recover from different disease  because improve our mood. However, we should take care when we are exposed to the sun and always use sunscreen.
