We will depart from the different pick-up points marked on the map below and head towards our first stop in the southern part of the island. On the way, you will be able to enjoy a peculiar landscape of picturesque houses, volcanic soil all over the island and the sea at the side of the road in many parts of the route. Arriving at El Golfo, we will make a stop for you to witness and take a picture of the “Lago de los Clicos”, a unique place that is also known by the name of “Charco Verde” (Green Pond). On this side of the west coast of the island of Lanzarote awaits the coastal lagoon that will not fail to impress any visitor, as its peculiarity lies in the fact that it is located on the crater of the volcano, which has been collapsed by wind and sea currents over the years.

We will continue the route among the wonderful volcanoes of the National Park, where upon arrival, you will feel the energy and power of the volcanoes as well as experience the landscape of lava rocks that fills the entire park. Here we will be able to enjoy the geothermal show that takse place on the Islote de Hilario. Afterwards, we will continue along the “Route of the Volcanoes”, a dazzling landscape that we will follow accompanied by a historical tour to explain and learn more about the eruptions that have occurred on the island of Lanzarote over time.

We will leave behind the National Park with all the beauty of the landscape and the history that you will learn about, to continue our route and head towards the most important wine-growing area of Lanzarote, La Geria. This area is located at the end of the tour and is a unique example of how the local farmers have taken advantage of the fruits of the land and have adapted to an exceptional terrain in a world that, despite its climate and altitude, continues to produce and generate work in the sector. In La Geria you will find a culture dedicated to the world of wine and numerous wineries that offer their best vintages. To complete your experience and end the tour on a high note, we will stop at one of the most typical wineries in the area and taste the island’s delicious wine.

If there is one essential visit in Lanzarote, it can’t be any other than this one. Volcanoes, landscapes, tradition …. Timanfaya National Park and La Geria are unique! You won’t be able to get over every landscape you have seen and every knowledge gained during your tour, every visit to these places is a must if you are thinking of getting to know Lanzarote in an authentic way.
