El Hierro, south route
We will start the day towards the Pozo de La Salud, where will try its mining-medicinal waters. From here we will cross the Lomo Negro badlands and go up through a road which will lead us to la Dehesa, visiting here the Santuario de la Ermita de Los Reyes, patron saint of the island. Its white walls among the trees, its tanks for those who come thirsty, the caves around this area, and the haze in the air here make this a magical place. The story says that the Virgen de Los Reyes miraculously supplied rainwater to the inhabitants from El Hierro, in one of the worst times of drought in the island. Since then, every four years and in her honour takes place La Bajada de la Virgen de Los Reyes, the mos popular celebration of the island.
We will continue along the Julan road, with views to El Mar de Las Calmas, until we reach to the town of El Pinar. From here, we will go down to La Restinga, a small fishing village, very representative of the island. It is the southernmost point in the island of El Hierro and of the whole country. The main interesting points of this population are the variety of its seabeds, and the calm of its streets and coves. A perfect place for those who look for relaxing in a beach under the sun, far away from the main tourist areas. It is a beach protected from the waves by the breakwater of the port that makes it the ideal option for the whole family. (Here you will have free time for lunch).
On our way back we will pass through the Bahía de Tacorón, with its calm and crystalline waters, where enjoy a dip will be a real pleasure.
Before continuing to our accommodation, we will stop in La Llanía area, very close to the highest point of the island. Here we will take a short walk to the Mirador del Golfo in the Fayal-Brezal forest. This area is like a story place, its fogs, a good temperatura and its beautiful views make this a must to visit.
We will end the day with a visit to the La Gorona del Viento viewpoint, the hydroelectric power station that supplies the island with 100% renewable energy.

Cancellation Policy
Bookings include a deadline to cancel or modify without any additional fees. The modifications or cancellation before the deadline do not included any fees. In case you modify or cancel after de deadline we will apply the fees indicated in the Cancellation Policy that appears in the voucher and in the booking confirmation.
In general, users could cancel more than 72 hours in advance of the activity without any additional fees. We will proceed to refund the total purchase amount. However, if the user cancels more than 25 hours and up to 71 hours in advance of the activity, we will proceed to refund the 50% of the purchase amount. In any case, if the user cancels the booking within 24 hours prior to the date of the activity/service the user shall not be entitled to any purchase refund.
