Do I have to show any document in order to be able to do the tour or activity?

Yes. Once you make the reservation you will receive an email with all the information about the tour and a voucher with a reference number, the pick up time and point. Is necessary to print the voucher and give us when we pick up you.

What can I do if I lost the mail with the confirmation?

Please write us to our mail info and tell us which reservation did you do and we will send you the voucher again.

What happens if I cancel the reservation and the tour has been paid?

Bookings include a deadline to cancel or modify without any additional fees. The modifications or cancellation before the deadline do not included any fees. In case you modify or cancel after de deadline we will apply the fees indicated in the Cancellation Policy.

Are the tours or activities insured?

Yes. Our providers are chosen carefully and we make sure that they meet all legal requirements for their proper operation, and also that they have a public liability insurance Civil according to the activities they carry out.

Do I need to take my identity document?

Usually you do not need to take your personal documentation (id, passport, driving license) unless you read it in the description of the tour or activity. In the tours or activities that include sailing trips is necessary to take your identity document.

What happens if the activity is cancelled?
When the tour or activity is cancelled due to external reasons we will notify you about the motive of the cancellation and you will have different options: refund the full amount or the possibility to change the activity to another day.
I´m waiting at the pick-up point and the bus hasn’t arrived yet. What can I do?

Please wait 5 or 10 minutes after the pick-up time and if after that time the bus hasn’t come, please, call us +34 928 80 37 19.

Are the entrances fees to the tourist centers included in the prices that appears on the activities itinerary?

Normally all the entrances fees to the tourist centers are included in the activities itinerary, as well as the activities said in the itineraries. If it isn´t included we will notified in the descriptions of the tours or activities.

Is the access of wheel chairs allowed in the bus? And baby carriage?

If wheel chairs or baby carriages can fold up you don´t have any problem, unless the activity or tour itinerary indicates that it´s not allow. You should notify us always when you make the reservation.

Are meals included in the tours? Do I have any option for allergic?

Usually, in our tours lunch is included, unless in those that the description of the tour or activity indicates that it is not included. In most of them you will have the possibility to choose the tour with or without lunch. At the time you make the reservation, please, indicate any kind of allergic to adapt the menu.
